”Not a great experience. Building was having remodeling done, outside door was propped open by a rock, bathroom appeared to have been worked on since it was cleaned, with drywall dust on the surfaces, a sticky drink ring was on my end table, and the paint was peeling in our shower. The bed itself was good. ”

”The bed sheets had stains. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. The air was working. Just didn’t feel comfortable nor safe.”

”Bathroom smelled bad like the toilet needed to be cleaned better or something. Also, door to the hotel itself didn’t work/open on arrival but I was lucky enough for staff to be leaving as I was arriving and they helped me get inside.”

”The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. A sickly sweet smell permeates the lobby during breakfast there likely from batter used to make waffles and such, so we...

”Love this hotel, this is our second time here and will return. The room was clean, good size and the bed was very comfortable with excellent quality sheets and pillows. Slept very well thank you. Bathroom not large but well stocked with all necessities. Gym is good sized and will definitely use it the next time we stay here. Also nice having 3 elevators so wait times were not very long.”

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”rotating breakfast which is amazing !! it’s in a good neighborhood. gym open 24/7, pool open from 6am-10pm, and a laundry room is available. $2 in quarters for washer and dryer. they did ask for a $50 deposit once i arrived & it was sent back to me 5 mins after i checked out. Wonderful stay here.”

”Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.”
