”We stayed at the Hampton Inn Carol Stream this past weekend, our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great, breakfast was hot and tasty each morning. The only complaint we had is that our air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor in our room. We did alert the staff to this, and they had maintenance come up to fix it. Unfortunately the a/c continued to leak all over the floor, so the entire area around the air conditioning and couch were fully...

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.”

”We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and it’s usually a good time. This time around the pool was out of order, there was only one elevator so going up and down took forever, the room smelled like sewage, the staircase is very dirty, and even the breakfast was off! The staff is nice and that’s pretty much the only good thing.”

”The tv didn’t work water pressure didn’t work, it was like when you turn off a water hose and that little last bit of water gets pushed out, that’s what the water pressure was like. The air conditioning kept turning on and off but it was mainly off and didn’t even get cold. The entire place was so dirty and it had this stink to it too. I had very bad experience with the people staying at that hotel as well, mainly drunk from an event that was going on but the children they came with kept running...
