Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room”

”Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows.
Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products.
Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan.
Nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed & pillows.
There are electric blackout blinds at the windows, but a light that comes...

”We had a great two night stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming and our room faultless, a really great space to work and relax. We used the health club facilities on the Friday night and the supervisor was excellent; very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a little dated and tired in places but we enjoyed the use of them. Overall a good experience. ”
