Don't get me wrong; Front desk people are really nice.
Housekeepeing lads are spectacular, too.
HOWEVER, the hotel is apparently is run by unbelievably under-trained kids!!!! Food & beverage crew is, … holy moly!!
During breakfast, I asked for honey, as there was none on the table: the waiter checked every jar on my table to make sure I am right!! Then, brought me one.
They don’t really refill the fruit salad bar, during breakfast. I found the bowl empty every time I was down there.
The other day, there was a pile of used breakfast plates, next to the hot bar. They put them where the clean ones were supposed to be! I was shocked, but kept being positive... Then I realized there is a patern in the restaurant.
‘Short staffing’ has nothing to do with all the issues; you will see bunch of staff gathering at the restaurant reception, busy chatting and being on their cellphones.
I hope they will be a bit more selective when it comes to restaurant crew recruitment.
There was one, and only one, person (a big guy with full beard) who was obviously the credit ti the whole crew, though.
