”The room was huge and comfortable ”

”The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably. ”

”Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. ”

”nice location close to the Northwest Transportation Center you can walk there 1 minute and take the Pace to Rosemont blue line to Ohare airport so you really dont need a car uber, lyft or arrange a car rental there”

”The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The lady at reception was rude. I specifically ask for the room on first level as i have a toddler with me. But i was given a room at 3rd floor and when asked she was like first come first serve. The checkin time is 4pm i checked in at 4:01pm. The couch in the room was all sunk in and hard to to sit. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the bottle. The breakfast was terrible and everything was cold. I have to check out within 24 hours instead of 3 days...

”Everything was great, staff didn’t even give much info such as parking, elevator location, room floor and etc. when booking other than when breakfast was. Was looking forward to the pool (it was closed, not in service for the last 2 years) only to be disappointed because that was one of the reason why we booked at this hotel. ”

”Room was spotless, staff were very friendly, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious! Exactly what we needed after an exhausting day of travel, would definitely stay again if we were in the area!”

”Breakfast was not the best. When we arrived, 30 minutes before it was over, no eggs, no bacon, no bread and no waffle mix. Things did get replenished when we asked but eggs were not desirable. Several people continued coming because so many flights were canceled and breakfast only went until 9”

”Everything was clean and nice. Dove toiletries like shampoo and body wash are a nice touch. Good breakfast with hot options like omelets and breakfast potatoes in addition to the typical continental breakfast foods.”
