”I had an enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, Anna at the front desk made me feel welcomed and even directed me to where I could get a Chicago Pie, which was delicious. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. I was there for business, and our team utilized one of the conference rooms. The breakfast options were excellent, and the taste did not disappoint.”

”Everything was good except room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Was told 45 mins then went back and still wasn’t ready but then was told it was due to a party of other people who haven’t checked in yet and didn’t want to but ended up breaking that party up to give me a room since I was there but that should’ve been done in the first place instead of making me wait. I’m there, I should get it. ”
