”The staff was amazing and the food from the Placery was really good. The property itself could use an update. The window in my room was cracked with a bad repair and the air conditioner was very loud and did very little to cool off the room. The room needed to be updated.”

”Hotel was great, very clean. Breakfast was a 6/10 the 3 days I stayed. My only complaint would be. One of the days I returned to the hotel, a lady at the front desk. Asked a staff members “Are they staying here ?” In Spanish. Thinking we couldn’t understand them, Which I disliked because then she proceeded to say yes they’re staying in room 248. Just made me feel uncomfortable. Especially being that the lady that asked the question wasn’t in a work uniform.”

”The room was clean. The noise level from the room above was a bit exessive, but did not last too long. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again in the future if I find myself in the area.”

”I didn't have any room cleanliness issues, though the rooms and hotel certainly show their age. The Lobby remodel, however, turned out beautiful!”

”Modern, clean hotel with comfortable bed, a nice gym and large indoor pool. Staff was very nice. Will stay here again”

”The hotel smelled like urine in the lobby and elevator when we checked in, then we were given a room that was occupied. The room had no black out curtains and very limited amount of towels. Refrigerator did not work.”

”This is a flop huose, rooms by week or month. Had I only known, I would not have stayed there but it was too late to change. Expedia misrepresented this place. no hair dryer, holes in wall and bathroom door, rusted metal frame around mirror and light fixture, no carpet, just fake wood vinyl flooring, lobby closed from 5am to 9am, YOU have to take out garbage to dumpster or get charged $50, 'furniture' for aloset all open front (without doors) making it look like a gym locker room with everything...
