”PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY I BOUGHT MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLES AND THANK GOD I DID! SHEETS HAS HOLES IN THEM AS WELL AS THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH TOWEL FOR THE PEOPLE THAT BOOKED THERE MY SECURITY DEPOSITED WAS KEPT DUE TO ME USING THEIR TOWELS. AND WE WERE WERE DISRESPECTED AND CALL DIRTY IN THE LETTER THAT WAS EMAIL STAFF WAS UNPLEASANT HOUSEKEEPING WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO US NEVER WOULD I EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANY LOCATION LIKE THIS AGAIN”

”We have an EV the front desk gave us a key fob to activate it. They only have one. If someone else has it you cannot charge although the charge was free. The bathroom wall by the shower head had mold on it as the water was spraying the wall. The bathroom door was warped probably from the water leaks. We were on the second floor and the people upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants. Every time we went to the desk no one was there. I had to yell hello many times to get someone.”

”The staff was amazing and the food from the Placery was really good. The property itself could use an update. The window in my room was cracked with a bad repair and the air conditioner was very loud and did very little to cool off the room. The room needed to be updated.”

The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. The indoor pool was frigid and felt like it either had a broken heater or the heater was turned down to a point that it wasn't usable. Our kids...

”The hospitality of the front desk staff was fabulous. Our room itself was not up to par. The toilet kept running. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The bathtub was dirty looking. I dropped an earring and looked under the TV stand to find it. It was FILTHY under there. We will not be staying again.”
