”Mukava, siisti hotelli. Vanhan-ajan tunnelmaa. Alapesusuihku puuttui ja valaistus heikko huoneessa. Jonkinlainen kirkasvalolamppu esim. meikkaamiseen olisi tarpeellinen. Useimmissa hotelleissa, tässäkin oli pesunesteet varsin voimakashajuisia. Uskoisin, että hajusteettomat tuotteet olisivat parempia, kaikille sopivia. Olimme varanneet ja maksaneet huoneen Hotels.comille kokonaisuudessaan, mutta lähtiessämme meitä veloitettiin aamukiireessä vielä "erehdyksessä" lisää. Rahat pahoitteluineen...

”Room were clean and tidy, staff were very welcoming & attentive. There was plenty of car parking. There were tea & coffee facilities in the room. We were able to order breakfast easily and it was freshly cooked and very nice. Overall a lovely over night stay”

Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. ”Excellent location for visiting our daughter at Birmingham uni living close by. Ability to park and charge our EV very handy. Rooms very clean and modern and temperature just right - usually I have to turn the A/C up in hotels as they are too hot and stuffy but not here. Overall an excellent choice and one we shall use again. ”

”My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. The rooms were spotless clean, towels big enough to cover a curvy person and so fluffy. Bonus for the biscuits. Breakfast was buffet style,...
