”Great pool and treatment area. Room was clean. Parking was good. Location was great as a base.”

”The wifi is terrible and I had to move rooms so I could get a signal which was still on 1 bar. The hotel is in a blind spot for EE also so my phone signal was non existent.”

”Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby.”

”Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

”Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing. Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...

”Good value for money and very friendly staff. Good location and easy to park car. It was nice that they had a sign reminding people about silence time as the soundproofing wasn't good. ”

”Clean room good price excellent customer service from Stacie the night staff very professional and friendly”

”Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...

”Very clean, with a very good buffet breakfast and ample free parking. Only downside was a 10am checkout.”

”One night stay for black sabbath concert. My bag were brought already in my room when i arrived after the concert. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bit far away from birmingham centre”

”the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm.”
