”They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests”

”The front desk attendant was really pleasant and gave us a great Chinese Restaurant recommendation. He was very sweet and I did not get his name, but he was very welcoming and friendly. He definitely is great at his job! I would like to thank him so much! Please let him know that the Chinese food was amazing! And we will definitely stay again soon! The room was very clean and the perfect temperature. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.”

”Sold my room after reserving and paying in advance. Will never forget getting into Chicago at 2am just for them to tell us they are full capacity when driving from out of state. No call or anything!! Very upset and disappointed”

”I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.”

”Nice air conditioning, tv was cool. One of the beds had stained sheets that looked like red baby batter but besides that it was decent for the price.”

”This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...

”I booked a smoking room overnight. I got to the motel gave staff my ID and tells them that I have a booked room. He goes to the back with my ID, and comes back out with a piece of paper and puts it on the window. And says is this you they canceled your room. But we can sale the room back to you for regular price. I said that’s ok no thanks. Days goes on I check my account no refund. I calls Expedia to let them know what was going on. They stated well it says your stay was complete, my stay was...

”This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I left the next day. There is no one at the front desk during certain hours. The toilet was leaking from the bottom water was all over the floor. The employees are rude. People live in the hotel. People had dogs in the hotel which I’m allergic to I broke out in hives. The towels were dirty. I have stayed at other Extended Stays before this was the worst one. Strange people were walking the halls all night I did not feel safe at all. If I could rate this...
