”Arrival instructions require guests to call the hotel to request the shuttle. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 AM, and called the hotel for a solid hour before anyone answered. I explained that I had been calling to request the shuttle for an hour….I received no apology, was told instead “We were very busy”. I’m retired now, only travel for enjoyment; but I spent many years traveling for business. Never in 30 years did I feel so dismissed and unappreciated as a customer. That woman working...

”When you walk in the building smells stale, the hallway smells of weed & dirty clothes, on the room the floors were super sticky water was everywhere on the nightstand & sink etc as if it rained in the room, dogs barks loudly a pit bull ran out of a room while I was waiting for elevator I would never stay here again!!! ”

”Clean room, very friendly, caring and informative staff. Our stay was very short as we were there for an event with my son but it could not have been any better. Shuttle was very nice from the airport when we got there and after the event where uber had a surcharge of almost $100 to get back to the hotel we were able to use public transportation to get back to the airport to then take the shuttle back to the hotel. ”I didn't have an airport shuttle. I was a little difficult to distinguish between the two properties. Breakfast was inexpensive but realky should have come with the room expense. The bar and bartender were warm and welcoming. The restaurant at night looked closed and uninviting. All in all no complaints. ”
