”Check in was easy as possible. Staff were exceptionally kind. Ty especially was a stand out. Stayed twice back to back since my first stay was so good.”

However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. ”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street.
