To ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests, we use a trusted third-party platform (ChargeAutomation) to complete a simple pre-arrival verification process.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link either via the Airbnb messaging platform or by SMS to:

Upload a valid photo ID
Complete a quick identity verification
Process a security deposit pre-authorisation

The security deposit is a temporary hold only — no funds are taken unless damages occur

All information is handled securely and in line with data protection regulations
We aim to keep this process quick and seamless to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

- For your Safety our properties have security systems at the access point to the property

- Any Tampering with the security system will result in a £250 penalty fee.

- Any disturbances will result in a £250 penalty fee.

- A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys.

- Our property is professionally maintained and cleaned after every guest checks out.
