The glamorous living area, in particular, the super comfortable sofa (which folds out into a double bed) is perfect for an evening of chatting, TV or reading your favourite book. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to 8 guests are surrounded by an array of eclectic, artistic details. The promise of a magical stay extends into the kitchen with an Aga, fridge freezer and a dishwasher all at your service. Complimentary coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and cooking oil await, adding plenty of convenience to your stay.

There is a washing machine and dryer beside the ground floor WC.

Step outside to the enchanted, two-tier garden and enjoy some rays whilst sitting in one of the two adorable seating areas. Unbelievably peaceful, you will forget you are in the centre of Brighton. All you need to do is just relax.

This truly stunning room beckons you to immerse yourself into a deep relaxation in the bath. With twin sinks and a separate shower cubicle, this room is perfectly designed for the family to enjoy. Plenty of big bath towels, hand towels and toiletries are provided.

Bedroom three is a cool loft space comprising a cosy double bed, storage facilities and a sumptuous roll top bath! Offering extra privacy, this room is a loft room.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property privately for themselves for the duration of their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area, or you can try Trafalgar Street Car Park, Blackman Street, Brighton BN1 4DZ. The Marina also has parking and this is free at certain times - be sure to check the signage.

The Neighborhood:
Take your furry friend on a glorious walk in the ever popular and gorgeous Queens Park! Or head South on a comfortable 15 minute walk to beach!

Treat yourself to a coffee from Ground or Fika, a short stroll away. For something stronger, Bison Beer is a great place and they also serve yummy bbq food.

Feast on your favourite at Pizza Face or enjoy a more sophisticated meal at Busby & Wilds. For the perfect Sunday roast, head towards the popular Daddy Longlegs.
