”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation.
We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu.
I will definitely be coming back for another stay at this hotel and will recommend to anyone who is...

”This hotel is the goal standard. Management from other hotels should come and visit it. From beginning to end the service engagement with well informed and genuinely welcoming. It’s a very interesting historical setting. When they say they are dog friendly, they genuinely are. ”
