”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Perfectly placed. Both quiet and central. Near to both beach and restaurants. Room large and clean. We were there to run the Brighton half marathon and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful for us with the early start and even provided protein bars and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for any occasion 100%. Bar area had a lovely atmosphere to sit and play games. All the amenities that we needed were here and more and didn’t cost any more than...

”Hieno reissu, kaupungin pääkadut vieressä ja matka rautatieasemalta sopiva. Uiminen kanaalissa . onnistui helposti, katua alas, hieman länteen ja suojatien yli, rappuset alas ja ranta olikin siinä. Aamupala tosi hieno”

”Very friendly service everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Older hotel w charm. I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Room itself was clean and bed comfy. ”
