”A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

”This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

”We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.”

”Great staff and a friendly welcome made my one night stay quite enjoyable. The food was great both in the evening and morning especially being sat outside on the terrace next to the River Avon which was a very pleasant experience. It was extremely hot weather during my stay and the current lack of AC made sleeping difficult especially with the large noisy room fan provided. However I understand that AC is due to be installed shortly so I wouldnt hesitate in staying at the hotel again if work...

”Room was pleasant but was not serviced on second day. Cooked breakfast was reasonable but there was no cereal to start with nor toast and jam to follow. One cup of cofee only which was served 30 minutes before the cooked meal arrived on the second day. Mains were good but starters and sweet menu was limited and fairly expensive. Overall we were not unhappy but would not have wanted to stay for a third night and would be question if we would use this chain again if this is typical of all their...
