”Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.”

”Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...

There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. ”Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!”

”We searched forever to find something that fit our group of 4 and was affordable. This place was great. It's tight, but what isn't in NYC? There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets. ”Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.”

”The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

New York Marriott Marquis

10/10 Loistava
"Lovely stay at the 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast: you can choose the buffet or order from the menu (we had the buffet and it was a great start for each day). Amazing views from the room to the iconic Times Square and despite the central location the room was very quiet. The View restaurant was very nice and also the 8th floor restaurants. We would definetely recommend this hotel!"
