sopivia. Olimme varanneet ja maksaneet huoneen Hotels.comille kokonaisuudessaan, mutta lähtiessämme meitä veloitettiin aamukiireessä vielä "erehdyksessä" lisää. Rahat pahoitteluineen...

”We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out.
The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good.
The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle.

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected.

”The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap. ”

”We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. We also asked for recommendations in Birmingham and Beth was incredibly helpful and we loved her lunch suggestion. We would love to return some day! Thank you Hampton Manor.”
