The apartment is an approximate 10-minute (gently uphill) walk from the Metro and tram station (Szt. Gellért tér), a very beautiful route. There is no handicap access, there are stairs to the apartment. 
There is a nice view of the city from the window, and the Liberty Statue, which is within walking distance, is clearly visible from the street.
