I am sad to see that you were not very satisfied with the beds in your room. It is important to us that our guests can have a comfortable good night sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Please know that we use a middle hard bed, we do understand that everybody has a different taste.
Regarding the pillows let me kindly inform you that we do have softer pillows as well. Our Reception team is always available to help change or upgrade the room.
I am sorry, that you did not let us know your trouble during your stay and we were not able to assist you.

Hyvä sijainti kaupungin ydinkeskustassa lähellä oopperaa. Aamiainen oli pettymys: seisovasta pöydästä oli koko ajan joku ruoka loppu ja asiakaspalvelu oli aika kehnoa. Henkilökunta vei lautasen pois heti kun lautanen tyhjeni, vaikka ehkä olisit halunnut vielä ottaa jotain lisää. Ruokailutila oli ahdas. Ei tarjonnut rauhallista ja levollista aamiaisrauhaa. Respassa hyvä palvelu. Hotellihuoneessa vessan pytty vuoti lattialle takaa huuhteluvettä, ei kiva. Hyvät sängyt, tilava huone.

It is really hard for us to prepare a good selection for everybody, even though you can request almost anything from our staff which would suit your needs.

Aamiaistarjoilu oli tavanomainen. Kysyessäni gluteenittomista tuotteista jäi mielikuva ettei henkilökunta tiennyt asiasta oikein yhtään mitään tai sitten ei halunnut tietää. Lähes kaikki liikkeetkin oli tehty tehtaissa joissa käsitellään gluteenia. Aika erikoista kun makkaroihin ja leikkeisiin ei käytetä ja jauhoja.

The location was great, which was most important for me. From desk was helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, and my toilet would often run (drip, drip, drip). I was there off season, and price was reasonable. I would stay there again if back in Budapest.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the past year (I've stayed in at least 20 hotels for about 60 nights in that time frame). It took 25 minutes to check in. The front desk staff were unfriendly. The room had the wrong bed configuration. The room was extremely hot and, even though it is advertised as having AC, it only has AC in the summer. The window barely opened. The carpets in the hall and in the room had stains all over. I cannot understand how this hotel has such high ratings. As a point of reference, on this trip I stayed in a total of 4 hotels and I gave the other 3 positive reviews.

Unfortunately, check-in may take longer time due to some obligatory procedures which are set by the law and cannot be overwritten by the hotel. This is for example scanning the documents and completing the form. Without that procedure, hotel is unable to check-in any guests as it is supervised by authorities (with automated systems). You requested a twin room, and your room were equipped with two separated beds, as requested. We are surprised about your negative comment in regards to the unfriendly staff, as we got many-many positive reviews highlighting their friendliness and professionalism. We would be appreciated, if you could share more exactly with us your opinion. Exactly, AC is available only during Summer season and usually hotels are working with same system. Windows may be open partially for security purposes, however our Front Desk Team is happy to assist you, if complete opening is required (after filling in the required form). Unfortunately, we did not receive such request on the spot during your stay. Would definitely recommend
I have nothing to complain about! The location is perfect as you can walk anywhere from there plus have multiple public transportation options to anywhere. It’s a very safe area and the hotel is in good shape. It’s not super new or modern, but they maintained it perfectly. Very clean too and the staff was super friendly.
