”This house was a perfect layout for us travelling as a family of 4 and a friend. The house had everything we needed and 10 minute walk into town. We did have a hire car so only walked twice we ended up hiring scooters which was perfect 2mins into the main st. I love palm cove last year we stayed in a resort but was frustrated trying to get a chair at the pool. This house was amazing only ate in 2 nights so didn’t take full advantage but it was so nice to have down time around the entertaining...

”The property was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dish, plates, utensils etc. Only minor issue was the fridge outside needed defrosting and was not cold. Otherwise the property and stay were great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend property.”

”The place was lovely. It was stocked with coffee and cream (we are coffee lovers and appreciated that). Short walk to a good Indian restaurant. The host has a few glitches to work out - fairly minor but it took extra communications to figure a few things out. Hopefully those are now worked out. Each bedroom has its own split - very nice to make it the temp we each preferred.”

”We were a party of 4 adults and this accommodated all of us excellently. 3 were divers and used the pool to check their gear prior to a live aboard trip. I stayed behind as I don’t dive and felt very comfortable being alone. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is easy to navigate. The outdoor spaces are great. I left a pair of Bose noise canceling earphones and they mailed them to me the next day. The management company is very responsive. I would highly recommend this...

”Location walking distance to local.tavern and esplanade. House suited for large group. Had some minor maintenance issues that were dealt with in a timely manner even considering the area had just been through cyclone jasper. House is old and definitely needs some tlc but for its age it served its purpose. Could definitely suggest a second fridge even downstairs for beverages. We went through a lot of ice, and some days couldnt get any local.due to being sold out, but it was over the xmas period...

The gas bottle was low and ran out when we had used the bbq during our stay. Martin was more than happy to arrange it to be replaced. ”This was a fantastic property for our family trip to FNQ. The house was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. We were within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to FNQ.”

”Hotel with good location, near to beach and centre. It is good to know, that daily cleaning is not included. Trash has to be taken out by yourself and you can get sanitary items and clean towels from reception. Air conditioning was working, but not very effective, room was quite moist. Worst was cockroaches in bath room and in room. Hotel personnel kindly came and poisoned them, but they were back the next day.”
