”We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Moon Palace Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. From the food to the amenities, everything contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It was awesome for our end-of-year family vacation. ”The staff was so welcoming. Cielo greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything to us. The waitstaff that I really enjoyed talking to was Rigoberto and Erika. They always seemed happy and loved to chat when they had time. The hostess, Diana,tried to teach me a phrase in Spanish each day. I enjoyed learning. The variety at the buffet was simply amazing! The resort was lovely. I’d stay there again.”
