”We had a privilege to spend a week in this paradise! From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly and we felt ourselves welcome. The hotel is new and has a great ambiance. The pool was warm and cozy and most of the time totally quiet. You can use it until 11pm which is nice. The location is perfect if you want serenity and it is easy to take a bus or cab to the hussle of the city if needed. We would definitely stay here again anytime! =)”

And there was never more than 1-4 people in the pool, which was nice if you like it quiet, which we do. ”Spent 4 nights, 5 days with my husband and two tween/teen sons. We loved the pools, the rooms, the beds/pillows, the staff was amazing, the drinks, and the kids loved the pool side food (wings, chicken strips, pizza, burgers). As far as the rest of the menu, breakfast was decent, but dinner was lacking in my opinion. The reservation only dinner option (Andreas) doesn't know how to season meat, fish, etc properly. The flavor was sorely lacking. On Asian night, they put orange sauce on EVERYTHING...

”The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. ”

”The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people ”

”AC WAS GREAT, room was clean..but shower never got warm in 5 minutes of running it. The free breakfast was not fully stocked. staff brought out 4 plates at a time. refused to make fresh coffee even though they had only been serving for a an hour. dining hall wasnt very clean. ”
