”This is a new Hotel, everything was excellent ”

”We had a privilege to spend a week in this paradise! From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly and we felt ourselves welcome. The hotel is new and has a great ambiance. The pool was warm and cozy and most of the time totally quiet. You can use it until 11pm which is nice. The location is perfect if you want serenity and it is easy to take a bus or cab to the hussle of the city if needed. We would definitely stay here again anytime! =)”

”Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks...

”The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. ”

”The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. ”

”Myself and my 2 boys had the most wonderful time at Meliá. The kids were well taken care of in kids club by Sara, Janet and Cass and had a blast. Everyone working there very nice. Good value for money and our ocean view room had the most beautiful view. ”

”The room was clean and the common areas are beautiful, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast was not very tasty, and the service in the restaurant was quite slow. If these areas are improved, the overall experience would be much better. ”
