”Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again.”

”Buena opción”

”Muy bien el desayuno, silencioso el hotel!!!”

”Basic accomodations but good location for direct access to the malecon....parking on street only.”

”Excelente servicio”

”In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

”**Good food, but not the boutique escape it claims to be** The constant harassment for tips from the staff is infuriating. An all inclusive is meant to be no fuss and no bills. This is not that. I've just spent a stay at Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway in Puerto Vallarta, and while there are some genuine highlights, I left with a long list of frustrations. **The good:** The food across the restaurants is good, and La Perla and Elena 1927 deserve particular praise. The service...

”The staff and entertainment was amazing. The front desk people were nice. The concierge was very welcoming and I truly enjoyed our stay.”

”Pool was overcrowded because you have to pay extra to go into adults only pool and the nightclub. No lobby bar either. Thankfully we liked the beach and ocean because we are seasoned ocean swimmers. I found feces and 1 bandaide in the pool. Staff at buffet breakfast were Absolutely incredible. Made the trip, Staff at Asian were very rude, forgot about us. Didn't even fill our water . We waited 2.5 hrs for our meal. Watching 3-4, tables around us get served.”

”The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. ”

”Súper recomendado este hotel! Ubicación, precio, limpieza, vista al mar, aire acondicionado, almuerzo incluido y sobre todo el personal son muy amables 😃”

”We loved it!!”

”This place is in a great location downtown. The only downfall is that it’s rather small and it’s kid friendly so you will be woken up by screaming kids every morning. However, the food and service was amazing, rooms clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back to PV but might try an adults only stay.”
