On the ground floor, the living room features a double sofa bed, TV, and seating area where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. The open kitchen is fitted with a hob, oven, and fridge-freezer, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A fully equipped bathroom on this level adds everyday convenience. Upstairs, the sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a bunk bed, making the villa suitable for mixed groups of adults and children. A second full bathroom serves this floor. From here, you also access the private terrace, a pleasant spot for outdoor meals or quiet evening moments.

Outdoors, guests enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, along with access to the residence’s outdoor swimming pool. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking complete the practical comforts that make longer stays easy and enjoyable.
