”It's hard to say how wonderful this stay was. From the outstanding communication up front to the great location to the perfect accommodations, this was a great stay. The host sent us a message early in the day welcoming us early if we wanted to, so we got a couple extra hours added to our vacation, which was a bonus. ”My family and I stayed at this property for an upcoming cruise that we did not unfortunately get to go on due to a fire. However, this place was very cute and quaint. But I will say we were kind Of surprised when we arrived due to the exterior of the building, it needs some work to be More presentable in my opinion. So do not be alarmed by the outside appearance because the room itself was very nice. The kitchen area was nice and updated which we didn’t really use due to only staying a day. Nice...

”The boat ramp is in bad condition. There was only one chair to sit in to relax. The AC did not work very well. The filter was so dirty. I cleaned it myself other than that the whole room was clean the lamps and the one chair there was was not plugged in. I had to move the cabinet to plug them in.”

Tv had Roku which was better than cable. Overall a 9 1/2 very reasonable for location, park right outside door and would recommend to anyone who is looking for beach experience, chairs and surfboard, boogie boards all in closet. Short 1 block walk to sandy Cocoa Beach!”
