”Room was small and basic but clean and had a little kettle etc to let you make a cuppa in your room. The food was great we had a meal in the evening and breakfast in morning both very good. Staff welcoming. Plenty parking.”

”When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). Only way you could sit on sofa was to use a throw pillow as...

”This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. ”The best thing about Boutique 50 is the calm and great location. Nearby are countless places for food and drinks, plus beautiful park. Rooms look nice, but nothing spectacular.
