”Room was clean and breakfast was good. Rooms are very spacious, and decor is amazing. Staff is super helpful and friendly. But, hotel is very noisy. Make sure you don’t get room 15 unless you are deaf and/or sleep like a rock. It is directly over the party room and reception, and there is also an almost constant thumping in the walls all night (pipes?). Then, in the morning the music at reception will wake you up. ”I was very please with the way my wife and I were recieve my the staffs all around. Very helpful and welcoming. We were even allowed to check in early which was nice as were so tired from travelling from London. The room was clean, big and well presented. The spa and breakfast was nice, and overall was a great experience.”

”Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good.”
