”Very good and quiet airport hotel with great services”

”The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was.”

”Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our air unit raddled all night. Have to pay $15 a day to park. Our refrigerator did not work. The bathroom door would not stay shut without holding it shut. Loud party people woke us up at 330am. Did not sleep well.”

”Gloria kept my room very clean I really appreciate her service. The gym was clean water was perfidy the only thing that was annoying was the bathroom sink kept clogging put for the price o would stay again”

”The room was clean but there was no stove and no dish detergent to wash or put dishes in dishwasher. Also the checkout is really early at 11:00 a.m. Then you have to pay for parking 😒 each day and there was no garage. So I give this hotel 3.5 stars.”

”The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning. My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

”I have no complaints about this hotel. They were almost completely booked but still managed to get me and my family in a room. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room, the breakfast was decent and had a good variety of things. I would recommend this hotel for sure!”

”First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones. Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

”Toilets need to be cleaned better, EXCELLENT STAFF, great breakfast. Only issues is the toilet, housekeeping needs to deep clean toilets and bathrooms”
