The space:
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Please note the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building.

City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year. We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
