My first and last visit to this hotel
The shower head was some kind of eco model, basically, there were only a few drops of water. The taste of the breakfast was bad, even compared to typical American hotel breakfast.

The staff seem to have a commitment to quality and cleanliness. Everyone on staff was attentive to our needs, like people helped us to the elevator, front desk helped us with questions and even nice when we ordered snacks at midnight.

The biggest issue we had with our room was the thermostat. It was difficult to figure out and the fan ran loudly the entire time of our stay no matter what setting we tried.

This hotel is very nice. Not quiet, due to consistent airplane noise but that wasn’t an issue as we knew we were close to the airport and it wasn’t unexpected. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites for accommodations.

It was a nice hotel - but we had to pay $20 dollars for parking if you where staying the night !? Isn’t that what a hotel is for !? And they had the parking fee pending on my cc 3 times ????

Unfortunately, due to our proximity to O'Hare International Airport, we are required to charge our guests for parking per the city of Rosemont. We hope we can see you again sometime in the future for an improved visit!
