Our spacious apartments put you in the heart of the city - to the East, you have the John Hancock building. To the South, the Willis Tower. You are close to everything you need!

As you enter the 1st floor with your seamless keypad entry, you are welcome to an entryway with a cozy closet to put your shoes/coats.

The first room you enter has a vintage fireplace, a full size sleeper sofa, a loveseat, desk, TV w Roku, and lots of natural light during the morning. The living room makes a great communal living space, with a comfy leather couch, memory foam futon, and great art. The apartment has a front and back entrance, along with a patio area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, get some fresh air and relax.

There are two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), a living area equipped for extra guests, one bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. For extra guests, there is a twin size floor mattress upstairs. Throughout the space you will find beautiful art and plants. It is a great place for families, business travelers, and groups. Complimentary Wifi is included.

The garden level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen.

A: The home is very easy to get to via public transit. If you decide to drive, we recommend apps like SpotAngel or SpotHero to find free or cheap parking ($10-20 / night).

A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet papers.

A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

𝐐: 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞?
A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

The apartment is located in River North in Downtown, Chicago. It is in the Near North Side district, and as seen on the map below, in the River North area. There is a very prestigious high school (Walter Payton College Prep) closeby, town homes with young families and popular cafes and restaurants (Big and Little`s) in the neighborhood.

It`s the place to be! Formerly home to many factories, it`s modern mix of high-rises and historical buildings adds to the neighborhood`s eccentric feel. You can find some of the most popular restaurants, dive bars, lounges (nightclubs), jazz clubs and art galleries here. The area is ideal for a traveller. The apartment is near all major shopping and nightlife streets, while also being walking distance from Lake Michigan.

There is plenty of free street parking available around and behind the building. Public transport is very accessible. 5 minute walk to the Red Line and 7 minute walk to the Brown Line CTA. There is a bus stop on the corner and many other lines (train, bus, city bikes) can be reached by foot in under seven minutes.

There is some free street parking available on the streets adjacent to ours. Please always mind street signs to avoid costly parking tickets.

To ensure a smooth check-in, all same-day reservations will REQUIRE HOST APPROVAL. Please message us first so we can confirm and ensure everything is set for your arrival. This helps us make sure the space is properly prepared and ready for your stay.

The base price for this home is for 4 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $10 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 4 people.

No Unauthorized Late Check Out without notice from Host.
-Early check-ins/Late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated by our cleaning service for $50 per hour fee.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)

All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check in.

Guest Verification
As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. In some cases, we may also request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. This helps us ensure that all stays are safe, transparent, and in line with our house policies.

Unresponsive Guest
In some cases, if a guest does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
For same-day bookings, this timeframe is up to 2 hours or less. For all other bookings, this timeframe is up to 8 hours. This ensures that we can provide the best experience and availability for all our guests.

Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Required
Before receiving check-in instructions, all primary guests must complete our online check-in form and review/sign our rental agreement. This helps verify guest details and ensures a smooth, secure arrival.

EXTRA GUEST CHARGE
The base price covers 4 guests. For more than 4 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $10 per guest for the full number of nights.
Example: 1 extra guest for a 5-night stay = $10 × 5 nights = $50.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be `held` or `authorized` (not `charged`) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Any property damage or extra charges may be deducted from the deposit. VRBO collects platform payments/charges separately, while Chicago Hospitality Club handles the deposit, so seeing both on your statement is normal. The deposit is automatically released 3-7 days after checkout.
