I reside on the top floor of the building, and ensure my guests have their privacy while also being readily available for any assistance they may require.

Free street parking. 4 blocks to the United Center, Jackson bus, 2 blocks to the Western blue line train, and 2 blocks to 290 expressway.

lease be mindful of the other residents, and neighbors by observing and respecting the quiet hours from midnight to 9am. Parties with more guests than those staying in the apartment are not permitted, but guests are encouraged to utilize the outdoor community space. Any guests not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property, and violating this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay. Please note that the outdoor areas of the building are monitored by video surveillance.
