”Spent 4 nights around my nieces’ graduation. We had a wonderful time and the location is great. There were restaurants all around us and we even had time for massage (8 min walking away) and a hair cut (3 min. away). Near Whole Foods and much more. Would recommend highly.”

”Beautiful and spacious unit with everything you could ask for. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Great hospitality and Ross met us for checkin even though our flight had been delayed. Wonderful location and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the CTA station (Howard). ”The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!”

”I love sonder and loved this location! Only downside is that it is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone on their support side. Hotels.com attempted to help me as much as they could but likely ran into similar issues. They really push communication through their app but since I was having some issues with my Apple ID I wasn’t able to download and use the help which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. I wanted to stay another night but ended up booking elsewhere...

”Our room was super nice and we loved the layout and patio. Using the Sonder app was really easy. Our room did have some AC issues and the Sonder team was very responsive on the app and folks came in to help right away. When the AC continued to not work we were offered to switch to a different room whoch was very nice of them to offer. Unfortunately, that room smelled of stale cigarettes so we moved back. I appreciated how responsive the team was with all of the changes and concerns. ”
