”One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. Food was very good, especially the breakfast, tasty, hot and plenty. It was an easy walk into the town. All round, a great experience for us, highly recommended. ”
”The ladies on reception were lovely, very friendly and informative. The room was very spacious and clean. The lady on the bar was great too, smiley and chatty even late on when the bar filled up after the Becky Hill show at Haydock racecourse!”
”We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs!
It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and...
