”One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. Food was very good, especially the breakfast, tasty, hot and plenty. It was an easy walk into the town. All round, a great experience for us, highly recommended. ”

”We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs!
It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and...
”The hotel was impressive. Our bedroom and bathroom were quite small but very well designed and very comfortable.
The continental breakfast was very basic and should at least have included some toast. We therefore ordered off the breakfast menu.”

In the morning we had breakfast the lady we spoke to was amazingly helpfully and hospitable. Made sure we had everything we needed and even had a lovely chat with us after we finished.
