”Great Location, Very clean and well maintained. Staff was great. We enjoyed a complimentary wine and cheese buffet, which was very nice. The rooms are purposefully very small but extremely well thought out and well appointed. ”

”We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. ”

”The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. ”

”Overall great value for money. There were only a couple of small issues in the bathroom, but nothing major. The hotel was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good stay.”

”The hotel was really lovely, but could have been even better if the tables in library room were cleared to allow guests to use them. We put cups etc from our table onto one which had not been cleared and despite staff bringing food and drinks, they ignored the mess for over an hour until another guest asked for the table to be cleared. Staff should never walk past dirty tables.”
