”The hotel was pretty good, the staff was super nice. They were super helpful and professional. They were constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay, and they asked me every morning at breakfast if I needed anything. The food was great. The only thing I didn't like about it was the location.”

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”
”The staff was accommodating and welcoming as soon as we came in. If we needed anything, just a call to the front desk or any employees walking by would be of service. And Ms Patricia and the the white slim young lady, and the young black slim guy I would definitely give them 10's. Don't get me wrong everyone was super accommodating, but these 3 were my best. ”The hotel is clean and modern. The room was nicely decorated, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location is perfect, walkable to all downtown Naperville restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that I thought $300+ per night was a bit overpriced. ”

”This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. One of the nicest indoor pools I’ve seen. Rooms are charmingly retro, which I prefer to the cold, austere atmosphere in many hotels these days. The bed was very comfortable and caused me to oversleep. (The clock was not set correctly) I will definitely stay there again.”
”Great place to stay for a family. We liked the 2-bedroom suite very much. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was very convenient. Bathroom is a little tight, but adequate and split between a shower/toilet room and a sink room. Area is great for walking--I walked 3 or 4 miles every morning. Nearby Target is convenient for getting groceries, etc. Nearby mall is also easy to get to. Highly recommend this hotel!”

”We were visiting Chicago area and location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ronald Reagan toll road. Some restaurants and Super Target were also very close to this hotel. Breakfast was also quite ok.”
