”Kaikki oli tosi kivasti hoidettu. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Ihana sänky nukuin tosi hyvin. Alakerrassa aamiainen ja se on myös arvostettu ruokailupaikka siinä kaupungissa. Hintataso ok. Ihana merinäköala. Tosi ihana alakerta englantilainen ja tosi viihtyisä. Tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Visited before and same positive experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with hot water from shower and great views over harbour and sea. Food in bar and breakfast was delicious. Overall no complaints!”

”Tired hotel, badged as Newcastle but around 7 miles outside. Disappointing that food closed at 9.30 with no room service available. No options to eat within walking distance. Having stayed at 10 other village hotels this is the worst by far and in need of a makeover.”

”Room was ok but breakfast was a big let down in quality and . Breakfast started at 7am and was cooked to order leaving little time to eat before leaving for my flight. Didn’t have fresh eggs , just fake scrambled egg (yuk). ”

”The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when...

”A lovely hotel and nice staff. Good location, not precisely in the heart of the city but very close. The general feeling was relaxed. The room was great and we only had positive things to say about the room and the tidiness of the hotel in general, but I must say that the breakfast could've been slightly better. That's the only thing that prevented me from giving a 5-star rating. Looking forward to my next visit anyway (hopefully with even better breakfast).”

”Based on my experience on last stay at Holiday Inn Jesmond I booked it also for my trip. The hotel is within short walk from the Metro so it was easy to come from the airport and also easy to head to the University. Stay at the hotel was good. The friendly staff helped me with adapter issues. ”
