”Friendly staff, nice and quiet room with an excellent breakfast. Location is very convenient for the airport.”

”Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal. We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.”

”Only stayed overnight for early flight, room rate and room was good, bar and meals were expensive for what was provided. Not good value.”

”A lovely hotel and nice staff. Good location, not precisely in the heart of the city but very close. The general feeling was relaxed. The room was great and we only had positive things to say about the room and the tidiness of the hotel in general, but I must say that the breakfast could've been slightly better. That's the only thing that prevented me from giving a 5-star rating. Looking forward to my next visit anyway (hopefully with even better breakfast).”

”Worst hotel ever in Europe. And yes, in this case I include Russia in Europe. Room stank like years of smoking, bathroom like piss. Piss stains on the toilet seat, whole rainbow of different coloured stains on all of the towels and bedding. Noisy and a spot light pointing at the window. Arrogant and unhelpful older woman at the reception (this one was definetly no lady). Avoid if you're travelling alone, can't say anything about the bigger rooms, but assume the worst.”

”The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. ”
