”If you check in after 8pm, your room type is not guaranteed. We called ahead of time to let them know we were going to be checking in very late around 2am. They assured us everything would be fine as long as we made it before 3am. We got there at 2am like we stated & the manager on duty told us they had no rooms available for us even though we paid in full for our reservation already. Waited 45 minutes for them to contact housekeeping to find us a room for the night to sleep all 7 guests....

For a hotel of this size, the amenities were disappointing. There is no pool, no casino, no vending machines for drinks or snacks, and only one small coffee shop with limited hours. ”The hallways were very dusty and carpets were dirty. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Before checkout the maids kept knocking on the door. No microwave and for the rate it should have been one and a sofa. Parking very expensive. Room was clean. Staff was friendly at desk. It’s family friendly. Other than that it was good. ”Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes.
