”Great service from our butler staff. Restaurants were above average. Booking reservations was a little difficult due to closures and low occupancy. I contacted the property several times ahead of our trip as well as during our trip for room decor for one of our three rooms for a 21st birthday (we dropped over $14k for this trip). It never happened. Not a huge deal but a simple request that could have made a big impression. Overall, the experience was good and the property met our expectataions....

”Its about 45 minutes from the airport. The property is large but not to big. Beautifully landscaped with lots of shuttles at the busy times to move you around if needed. The butler is a nice addition to have someone to help rectify any issues or help book dinner reservations.
