”I had the best stay here! Sinclair was an amazing host, as well as the rest of the staff st the guesthouse too. I loved the little touch of the cookies and the bottles of water in the room too. Breakfast was tasty too. I would recommend anyone to stay here, I know I’ll be coming back here when I’m next in Ayr. Thank you all at the Lochinver Guesthouse!”

”Rauhallinen ja hyvä hotelli reilun kilometrin päässä juna-asemalta. Hyvä palvelu ja tyylikäs aamiainen. Vieressä suuri laukkarata. Hotelli on erikoistunut häiden järjestämiseen, joten jos sellaiset sattuu kohdalle, niin äänet saattavat laskea mukavuustasoa. ”

”Amazing hotel”

”Brilliant view to the roof of the hotel with a massive cooling fan making noise all night. Not so nice actually. Restaurant is complicated and for a tourist a bit uncomfortable. The staff doesn't really make contact with you and you don't know when to order, where to order, how to pay etc. It's a time machine. Stuck somewhere in 90's /2000. But clean at least and location is nice.”

”Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.”

”The room was very clean with modern amenities. The shower was easy for accessiblity purposes.”

”The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows.”

”Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon! Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location.”

”Spotless & a 5-star feel to the property & room”

”Clare was amazing from the start. The check in process was very smooth. We had a lot of space, the fittings were of high quality but the sofa and carpet could do with being replaced. I would definitely stay here again as it was very close to the beach, which is so lovely in this part of the world, but next time we would definitely fly to Scotland!”

”Room small and cramped, ensuite outside of the room but for the price ok for 1 night”

”only thing i got to say is for breakfast i liked the way you got a pot of tea insaid you have to make your own tea, you are eating your breakfast then you have to back up for more tea breakfast gets cold thanks”

”The property was very relaxing and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunatatly the property was looking rate tired. The cooker was difficult to use and when it did work was not very effective. The freezer needed defrosting We could not use the dish waste as the washer tablet compartment would not stay closed. With a little TLC with property would be excelent”

”A very clean and spacious room in an excellent location with on site parking. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. We would definitely book this property again.”
