”Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night...

”We were kept waiting at check in while the person on reception finished typing an e-mail. No acknowledgement of our existence whatsoever. We had read other reviews which said 'avoid room 44'. Guess what room we were given ? We requested a change of room, and were given room 45, next door ! Comfy bed was a plus. Breakfast was adequate. ”No light on in hotel on arrival, front door locked, rang bell no answer, phoned hotel straight to answer machine, read note hanging off the front door deliveries to side of building, side door open nobody around went through several doors shouting hello but nobody answered went through private door and got someone who got the key for room. 83 year old lady had to then walk up four flights stairs room in the attic was family room. Went into room and put kettle on as room was cold. I went to...

”Brilliant view to the roof of the hotel with a massive cooling fan making noise all night. Not so nice actually. Restaurant is complicated and for a tourist a bit uncomfortable. The staff doesn't really make contact with you and you don't know when to order, where to order, how to pay etc. It's a time machine. Stuck somewhere in 90's /2000. But clean at least and location is nice.”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.”

”Vanhanaikaista arvokkuutta huokuva paikka. Vaihtelevalla kesäsäällä rivitalohuoneisto oli sopivan lämpöinen, mutta jäähdytysmahdollisuutena on vain tuuletusikkunar, joten helteellä voi tulla kuuma. Tilat ovat vanhan tyyliset mutta hyvin kunnossapidetyt ja siistit. Oven lukko lienee viktoriaanisen ajan peruja. WC oli siisti, mutta invasaavutettavuuden vuoksi suihkukaappi, suihkuverho yms. puuttuivat ja lattian kaato johti pöntön eteen, joten suihkun jälkeen lattia oli loppupäivän...
