”Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early.
We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area.
Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! No apology for not calling us forward.

”The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer, the flaws become obvious. We had booked a luxury double room, but were given a huge room with three double beds. After complaining, we were moved to another room two nights later. The new room also had two double beds, but it felt more comfortable and was definitely cleaner.
In the first room there was nowhere to place our luggage (except on the extra beds), the bathroom smelled of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work...
