”Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”

”The room/apartment was basically a bedsit in a HMO in an unsafe, dangerous area of the city. Immediately above a dodgy takeaway.
Mouldy shower, kids stickers all over the furniture, outdated and not remotely like the pictures. The photos in the listing are not for this property which should be made explicitly clear. The door for the bedsit had a 1inch gap underneath and we did not feel safe leaving our valuables in there whilst we went out. All sorts of unsavoury people hanging around the ...

”I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund”

”The apartment was brand new and clean. Sadly, though, we weren’t able to enjoy our stay at all. Due to space limitations set by Hotels.com, I can only share the worst of the reasons here.
We reached the building at check-in time, jet-lagged and exhausted. We hadn’t slept for 40 hrs, as we’d traveled on an overnight flight from the US and then taken a train. We weren't able to enter the building. We’d not received the access codes by email yet, and no one was answering at the phone # listed in...
