”This vacation rental was a very clean and comfortable cube of paradise. It is not a large place, but it definitely has all the amenities necessary to enjoy yourself, with great location on the ocean and a spectacular view. It is only about 13 minutes from Daytona Speedway and the airport. I would definitely recommend this unit for its affordable pricing, cleanliness, location and of course view.”

”A pleasant stay it was clean & fairly quiet. Condo owner was accommodating & easy to work with. The room was exactly what was published and the pool was newly refinished. The first impression when we walked in the lobby was a little weird with hand written poster size notes on the inside of the building across from the front desk, it took our attention from everything else and was. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. ”There is still a lot of construction going on, inside and outside the property from last year’s hurricane. Pool and hot tub are still not available, but that was communicated before booking. Unit was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. There was a sponge to use in the kitchen, but I couldn’t find a dish towel or potholders…but didn’t cook anything, so wasn’t a problem. ”The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat.”
