Huonepalvelu aivan mahtava, sekä huonesiivous, aamupala hyvä, mutta illallis buffeessa huono valikoima. Ympäristössä ei mitään tekemistä, mutta kannattaa ottaa hotellilta taksi joka vie kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin ja on koko päivän kanssasi.

Smoke & Mirrors
Hotelli tai oikeastaan kauppakeskukseen rakennettu majoituskeskus sijaitsee noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä. Kaupungin keskustaan kulkeminen kestää noin tunnin hotellin takana sijaitsevalta metroasemalta Hotelli: Huoneisiin johtavat käytävät on heikossa kunnossa sekä likaisia. Huoneet ovat heikkotasoisia (vuodevaatteet tahraisia, ei käsipyyhkeitä, ei lattiapyyhkeitä, sähköt eivät toimi kun muutamassa pistokkeessa, ryppyisiä lehtiä lehtitelineessä, wc heikossa kunnossa) Yritimme pyytää käsipyyhkeitä näitä hotellin henkilökunnalta, mutta emme koskaan saaneet niitä. Palvelutaso on yleisestikkin erittäin heikko. Hotellissa ei ole ilmaista internetyhteyttä, vaan yrittävät rahastaa sen käytöstä He mainostavat itseään osana ITC ketjua, mutta eivät täytä edes kolmen tähden hotellin vaatimustasoa. Todennäköisesti ovat itsenäinen toimija joka maksaa ITC ketjulle nimen käyttöoikeudesta. Mikäli haluat hyvä tasoisen majoituksen lentokentän läheltä, kannattaa valita läheinen Taj ketju. En suosittele tässä hotellissa yöpymistä kenellekkään.

Translucent bathroom walls are the biggest disappointment. I was unable to control the room thermostat, it was extremely cold and got me sick. Dispite calling several times and fixing (so called) the issue room was freezing, finally I had to turn off the thermostat. No room for hanging clothes, such a tiny closet at the entrance of the room which I couldn’t use properly for my clothes. Phone are collecting dust, I had to clean it before use. Table was also dirty. After taking shower, water was everywhere, drain system is bad (I had personally complained about this).

The check in process was very slow . Took 15 mins to check in when all the money was paid and everything . They were scanning the passports and took them forever. When we checked out at 3 am , the lobby was full of mosquito killing smoke . It was impossible to breath. They did not even put a sign or gave us mask . Apart from these stay was fine

Staff were very helpful & respectful of the needs. The only issue was their updating of menu pricing as they recently changed their pricing on food & alcohol but haven’t updated their online menu.

The hotel is not close to anything viable such as dining or nightlife. This is important because the hotel itself does not contain any nightlife whatsoever. They have a main dining room and another restaurant with similar food, but no stand alone bar or lounge area. Guests are not able to drink outside the dining area or anywhere within the common area, or bring your own alcohol that’s bought from outside. There is ongoing construction which can make noise and become a nuisance especially with only one set of elevator banks. The rooms are nice and cozy, pretty updated. Staff was nice and accommodating and food was good as well.

Positives: - Very good rooms - Close to metro station (walkable distance) - Good location Negatives: - Expedia (and other websites) wrongly mention the distance from Terminal 3 as 3.5 km. That may be as crow flies. Actual distance is about 30-minute drive. - Check in takes ~half hour. Reception staff has attitude issues.

One of staff duty manager, she was very good, rest one guy one the receptionist position, he was very bad behaviour, he said you have to wait for room checking in , we wait very long time , he asking for extra money also I don't remember the name of this guy but he was available on desk side , I was looking for him during checkout other I will do the police case against him. His behaviour was very rude , but deputy manager she was very polite and friendly and helpful.

Large hotel Slighty dated and tired in some of the public areas. Room was large and very clean Would stay here again, due to easy access to airport. Nothing of interest in the area, but choose because of access to airport. Staff helpful and courteous Personally i would rate as a 4 star, not 5.
