”This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.

”The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT....
The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic.
The bathroom had a new shower curtain but a towel from a previous person was left hanging in the bathroom.The toilet seat definitely should have been replaced because it was old and discolored and...

”This is not a mainstream hotel. Think of it as an AirBnB. There is no food service or bar area at the property. You have a small apartment to yourself. InstaCart for food or walk to the Bodega a few blocks away, stepping over the strung out homeless people to the west of the building. Great amenities - pool and fitness center. So-so on the cleanliness. We would not stay here again. ”
