”Claire came to meet us and show around, how things worked, especially the gas fire( I would never have found the lever to switch it on).The cottage is really excellent, beautifully presented as a home not a bare soulless place with cheap cotton covered furniture. High quality kitchen, excellent cutlery, glassware.excellent bedding etc etc etc.”

”Fantastic ocean views and comfortable property. Other reviews have mentioned somewhat tired kitchen and furniture but the beds are comfy and the bed linen is good quality. Watching the seals in the bay was a first for us, this and the views together with the proximity of the beach and a superb pub/restaurant means we would recommend this property without hesitation.”

”Great base for exploring the beaches of North Devon. We had a lovely week. The house is really well stocked, especially the kitchen. All the bed were really comfortable and the house had a really good layout with lots of space for breakout areas (great for adult and kids).The front garden was secure for dogs and small children.
